The new SCOTT ENDURANCE SL Waterproof tackles a recurring logistical problem by designing a cut optimized for trail bag wear, while incorporating cutting-edge waterproofing and safety technologies. This technical development, the result of collaboration with athletes, positions this product as a potential contender for this year's Trail Running Awards.
Design dictated by field use
The development of this jacket was initiated by a simple question put to SCOTT team athletes: how do you manage wearing your jacket and hydration pack? The majority response, which favored wearing over the bag to avoid interrupting the race, became the mainstay of the design.
The jacket features stretch zones in the back and chest, allowing it to be slipped directly over a trail vest without the need for adjustment or repacking.
Waterproof, breathable and lightweight
The SCOTT ENDURANCE SL jacket features Pertex® Shield fabric, an industry-recognized high-performance membrane. This choice guarantees :
Maximum protection: The membrane effectively blocks rain and snow.
Optimized breathability: the fabric is designed to work more efficiently when the athlete intensifies his effort, ensuring good internal moisture management.
Despite the integration of technical features, the weight of the jacket is kept at a competitive level (around 145g for the men's version and 135g for the women's version).

Quick access to gear: Strategically placed vents don't just circulate air; they also allow easy access to flanges or essentials stored under the jacket, without having to roll it up or remove it.
Elasticated trims on the hood, cuffs and hem ensure a secure fit and optimum protection from the elements.
