The INTENSE ONE project was born from a dual ambition at Millet: pushing the technical limits of lightness while reviving French textile expertise. Drawing on a century of experience in pack design, the brand chose to relocate production between Drôme (Toptex Cube) and Haute-Savoie, ensuring agile and collaborative development.
This pack positions itself as a product symbolizing a return to the essentials in the sport: the freedom to run without constraints.
A seamless design for a "second skin" effect
The major technical innovation of the Intense One lies in its construction. It is presented as the market's first entirely heat-bonded and seamless trail pack. This design method, traditionally inspired by high-end textiles, aims to:
Eliminate chafing: The absence of seams significantly reduces the risk of irritation, particularly over very long distances.
Guarantee stability: The minimalist design, resulting from laser cutting and precision bonding, ensures a natural fit and pack stability, validated even on fast or technical sections.
Technical materials: a blend of stretch and Dyneema
To achieve its goals of lightness and durability (only 110 grams), the Intense One uses technical materials of French and Italian origin:
Payen Stretch Fabric: Integrated for ergonomics, this fabric allows the vest to conform to the body and ensures total freedom of movement.
Dyneema®: This material, known for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio (initially used for cycling bib shorts), is chosen to enhance abrasion resistance.
